SANTOS FLORIST

1 million stars!!! I have bought dozens of bouquets for friends and loved ones over the years but in all my life I have never seen flowers as big, beautiful and spectacular as Santos. Their efficiency in collaborating with the funeral home was also top tier. Less than 2 minutes after ordering online, they called the funeral home. Thank you for the impeccable service

Absolutely beautiful work. The heart-shaped arrangement was breathtaking, with stunning roses, hydrangeas, daisies, and delicate baby daisies that looked almost like chamomile. Every flower was fresh, thoughtfully placed, and created such an elegant tribute. Paula, who helped me over the phone, was incredibly kind, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for creating something so meaningful and beautiful during such a difficult time.

One photo is what I ordered from their website, even went as far as to order the 'deluxe' version for an upcharge, and the other is what I got. It looks nothing like what I ordered. I understand that flowers are seasonal but what I got is completely different and so lackluster. And it was a complete surprise on the day of the funeral.

I ordered roses for delivery as a surprise for my wife on our 1st year anniversary, but instead she received a mixed flower arrangement. This isn’t about the price — I just wanted to make the moment special, and it ended up turning into a headache. When I went back to address the issue, I was told they could “EXCHANGE” it (which means they would have to literally take the WRONG flowers from my wife), also there was no clear timing because they weren’t sure when the driver would be available. If you decide to order from this shop, make sure you clearly confirm the exact type of flowers you’re requesting, as there’s a chance it may not match what gets delivered.

I recently worked with Santos Florist while arranging flowers for my mother’s funeral. During such a difficult time, they were compassionate, attentive, and truly professional. They made a point to understand my needs and were always responsive, returning every call and text promptly. Paula in the office was especially kind and helpful throughout the process. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend them for any floral needs.
